Sleep Inn & Suites Mount Vernon

I was very ill during this trip and the staff were wonderful at keeping my room clean without bothering my rest. They allowed me to add an extra day to my trip without needing to change rooms in order to sleep and recover. We very much appreciate the Sleep Inn and stay here often when visiting our son at Cornell College.

The breakfast attendant Alisa did a wonderful job making you feel comfortable. A great example of what customer service should be.

I liked how friendly the front desk was and the cleanliness of the room

When we arrived, the front desk staff upgraded us after seeing the amount of luggage we had (it was a long road trip). She was able to move us into a bigger, executive suite at no extra cost.

I liked the breakfast because I enjoyed cereal, a waffle and an orange. Everything was clean, and the pool and hot tub looked nice, though we didn't use it. Teh man who checked us in was very polite and helpful!
